back pain

Q: Can yoga help with back pain?                                                                                                                                         I have back pain when I stand for over 30 minutes.If I lift anything heavy the pain keeps me up at night.Im office based and at my desk most of my day.How can I manage back pain naturally and change my lifestyle.I dont want to rely on pain killers. Can yoga help? Or should I rather go for stretching classes?
